Curriculum Development Lead

Summer has finally arrived at the London Office of LKCMedicine. The sun always seems to lift everyone's spirits and with the first cohort of LKCMedicine students due to enter the clinical years, there is a real buzz in the office.

The Year 3 curriculum has been completed well ahead of schedule and we are now working with our colleagues in Singapore to finalise Year 4. Following the very successful visit of Year 3 Singaporean clinicians to London in March, another visit is planned for the Year 4 leads in November.

We welcome back Dr Jaita Mukerjee, who was working in Singapore for six months and has joined the office as Deputy Curriculum Development Lead during Dr Anna Romito's maternity leave. We were delighted to hear that Dr Romito's daughter Livia was born at the end of May, and mother and baby are both doing very well.

The London team and I will be visiting Singapore in the next few months and are very much looking forward to catching up with our Singaporean colleagues.
