Discover the gems of South Korea
Immerse in the rich culture of South Korea when you join us for a 6D5N trip this November

Take this opportunity to explore a country with some 5,000 years of history where ancient temples and historic palaces co-exist together when you participate in the tour organised by the NTU Alumni Affairs Office. Be awed by the glittering skylines coupled with high-speed trains racing past tranquil landscapes in the countryside.

Discover the beauty of Busan, the second largest city and busiest port in South Korea, a popular destination among tourists. Explore the various attractions of Busan including Taeojongdae Park, Busan Tower, Gamcheon Culture Village and many more. Satisfy your curiosity on how seaweed is processed and packed for sale at a seaweed factory.

Immerse in the rich history of Korea during the Joseon Dynasty and explore its heritage-rich culture at Andong Hahoe Folk Village (UNESCO World Heritage Site), well-known for its traditional Hanok houses and the birthplace of famous Joseon Confucian Scholars. Visit Dosanseowon Confucian Academy and learn about the classical scholars, founded by the disciples of the Premier Lee Hwang, who is also featured on the 1000-won bill.

Complete your experience with kimchi making. Kimchi is a traditional fermented Korea side dish made of vegetables with a variety of seasonings. Take this opportunity to visit the magnificent Buddhist monastery, Bulguksa Temple (another UNESCO Heritage Site); and try on the Hanbok (traditional Korean costume) to make your trip unforgettable!
