During the NTU Seminar on 22 June, which was led by NTU President Professor Bertil Andersson, Senior Vice-Dean Professor Jenny Higham talked about Imperial College London’s and her experience of taking a world-class medical curriculum out of the UK for the first time and the enormous success LKCMedicine has become.

Prof Higham said, “I was extremely pleased to be there and share the stage with Professor Andersson, to talk about the enormous success LKCMedicine has become, particularly after more than five years of my professional life dedicated to developing Singapore’s newest medical school. I truly feel part of NTU and it is no surprise that Imperial is justly proud of this outstanding collaboration.”

Her talk was followed by a presentation by LKCMedicine Vice-Dean for Research Professor Philip Ingham FRS, who spoke about LKCMedicine’s research strategy and how it will benefit healthcare communities around the world. Other attendees from LKCMedicine included Visiting Professor Per-Olof Berggren and Professor of Dermatology & Skin Biology Artur Schmidtchen.
