eFEST 2011

CELT, CITS and NTU Libraries

eFEST(ival) is back!

This year’s eFEST will be held on 11 and 12 October. It aims to provide awareness and opportunities for students to find out more and have hands-on sessions on NTU eLearning tools and resources that relate to your learning experiences. The website http://efest.ntu.edu.sg provides information on the programme, lunchtime talks, exhibition booths, activities and competitions, including photos of last year’s eFEST winners.

The eFEST exhibition booths to be located at the foyer outside LT1A will provide opportunities for hands-on experiences and to find out more about the learning tools and resources available at NTU. Do get yourself a stamp while visiting the booths and you could stand a chance to win exciting prizes!

As part of this year’s event, we have an exciting array of lunchtime talks lined up for you at http://efest.ntu.edu.sg/lunchtime_talks.htm. The talks range from useful techniques for improving your Google search to tips for making sure your PowerPoint presentations won’t put your audience to sleep. Sign up now!

Do take your best shot and participate in the photo competition themed “Learning is Everywhere” if you have not already done so. Find us on Facebook for more details and check out the submissions so far at http://www.facebook.com/pages/NTU-eFEST-2011-Photography-Competition/108736522561564. There will be a Voter’s Favourite Photo Competition too.

So look out for more details in your e-mailbox.

See you all at eFEST 2011!
